The other two were just two full of themselves. I hated how they wrote everyone else off and just expected they would win. In the end they probably deserved it more for their overall styles, but in the end they only judged this one. It may not seem fair but I am glad it went that way! Arrogance is unattractive!!! I will root for the underdog every time!!
shareI am glad Brig won as well! Did you get a load of the Clarabelle the Clown hat Janine was wearing. It was tragic! The look on her face when Brig won was priceless. And yes, you are correct, arrogance is unattractive. Matthew and Janine were talented yes, but they totally arrogant and mean-spirited.

From the few episodes I saw, Brig seemed a bit socially awkward, and I think giving Janine and Matt one dollar was a rather lame/odd attempt to be funny with her fellow competitors in front of the camera (I imagine that they all thought they would/could win it).
I don't think I would go to Brig's salon, but she was my favorite of the three, and I did think her final runway look was the neatest (although I could also imagine it being a hair design for rainwear). Kudos Brig.
I agree with everything you said. Maybe if those two didn't think they had the competition in the bag from the get go, they would have brought their A game in the finale!

It doesn't matter about personality, it should have been a matter of skill. At the finale, what hair did Brig evens tyle? She taped pieces of fake hair onto buns, what the other finalists produced was finely crafted, skilled hair. I was so flabbergasted at the finale that Brig won. I could not understand what she spent all her time on for the final show because all there were were spikes of hair attached to heads.

I agree! Brig as an annoying idiot and I CANNOT believe that she won! That hair was not good! The other two are by far better stylists and I think they were catty and mean but the were better!

I guess I really didn’t pay that much attention to this season because I just don’t remember anything about the others. I think I was a bit bored and only really watched the last three or four epi and really didn’t pay close attention. I think for some reason it has lost something for me. Maybe it is all the changes in the judging or the hairstyles all seemed boring to me. The best was the one with Tyson and Tabitha. This season was boring and not a single challenge was interesting enough for me.

She won by best complementing the designer's clothes, but she didn't really do any hair. Each model had the same bun then pieces of fake hair taped/glued onto their heads.
If you look at the challenges that involved actually dealing with hair on a living person's head, she came out on the bottom.

Well, if we weren't sure before we can now say with no reservations that reality show are not real. Picking Brig as the winner is a joke and was meant as a sensationalist move to get the people watching all riled up. The show is now officially a joke.

Maybe she wasn't as overly confident as the others which was good, but she also wasn't as talented. That final showing was a sticky sloppy mess. Jonathan Antin seemed to be the only one that wasn't stoned during that judging. A bun with some plastic, yeah that's talent . Her winning was a joke imo, definitely not deserving of it.
