Boomerang is showing these shorts as fillers between other scheduled episodes. They are not funny and dont even have an ending or a punchline. Boomerang will usually show two or three at a time. All the ones I have seen end abruptly without a conclusion at all. Kinda irritating.
shareI don't think they're meant to be funny, per se, but entertaining. You can have one without the other. I actually like the mild nature of Bernard, especially at 4 AM. Of course, it might be a different story at 4 PM.
Edit: Nope, just as good at 4 PM, and kids, dogs, and cats love him.
