Think I missed something... [spoiler alert - somewhat]

I read in a review somewhere that Neval told Angelica that Antonio was having an affair, but I thought that he told her himself. My Italian is not as good as it could be so I know I missed some of the finer points in this movie, but if someone could clear that up I'd be really grateful. Thanks!
