Started off slow but was great the second half...
I was not sure where this movie was going to go the first 30 minutes but once the main event occured it became very powerful. The scene where the father was questioning who owned what-it was a realistic reminder of the rights that gay people have over each other estates-nothing. Unless it is in writing, the next blood relative has the right to do as they please and the lovers have no legal rights at all.
I wish they would have gotten rid of some of the friends and focused more on just a couple of them-like the drug girl or the big mama of the group.
I loved the ending pool table scene-it made me smile.
7 out of 10.
