Recommendations for other movies about being FAT?

Any suggestions for similar movies? Especially those pertaining to fat women where weight is an issue in the storyline. I can only think of a few and would like some recommendations if you know of others.

Bridget Jones' Diary 1 & 2 (2001, 2004) (she's not actually fat-fat but definitely is obsessed with losing weight)

Can you think of any others? There are some movies featuring a fat female protagonist but being fat/losing weight isn't a significant issue in the overall plot. (ex: The Heat starring Melissa McCarthy & Sandra Bullock)

This isn't a movie but I read a book a long time ago in middle school called "Life in the Fat Lane". The main character is a beautiful, popular girl who starts gaining a lot of weight because she has a rare metabolic disorder. It was interesting when I read it though I haven't read it in years so I don't know if it is "actually" any good. But was interesting to see how people/her family began treating her differently. Sad, really.
