When is this movie coming out in theaters in the U.S. or when is it coming out on DVD?

it was SUPPOSED to come out April third but yea, like so many other movies that never make it to America... no DVD. Hopefully it makes it here because I love this book and i'd like to see this movie but we'll see. GRR I want this movie so much!
