Mine is definetly the screening of Bruno's show in the room. The man's reaction of "Oh my God" when Bruno walks in is priceless. The reactions were hillarious.
Another one of my favorite lines is when Bruno squeezes in next to the lady at a fashion show, and she says "You need to lose some weight" and what Bruno says is hillarious!!! I don't remember exactly what he said but something about "The cattle is telling the....(unknown) but his timing was hillarious

My favorite scene was when he was talking to the terrorist group leader and told him how he's going to be so upset by what he's about to tell him, "Your hair is so sun damaged" too funny.

This damned movie had too many funny scenes to count. But, the ones that stick out in my mind are when he takes O.J. out of the box, the talk show--giving the baby and "African name/O.J.", the rednecks in the tent, his "sex tape" with Ron Paul, etc.

Great line when he tries to marry Lutz and he says 'well if he's a man, how did we have this baby?', and the celebrant asks something like 'so that's your little black baby boy?' stops, and follows up with 'I have no idea why I even asked that.'

Agreed. We're talking about an avalanche of 10/10 jokes and gags all over the place, so it's too hard to choose, but yeah, the screening video was amazing! The CGI screaming penis along with the very special one-on-one interview "mit Hah-ree-son FOOOOOOOORD!!" ("Fock off!").
Particularly the reactions from the studio exec, his manager, and the test group. It was definitely in the Top 3 moments!
The entire Ron Paul scene. I'm a Paul supporter (still am even after watching), but I know uncomfortably on-edge comedy when I see it :)

haha i found 2 scenes absolutely hilarious.
when he's carrying oj and hes about to tell oj some good new about the talk show and takes his headphones off and the music is like *beep* MOTHER *beep*
oh! and the part when hes like "does this look like the dancing of a talentless idiot?!" and then starts dancing ridiculously and a guys like 'i believe it is.'

The entire focus group scene (where the people were screening his TV show) was the funniest, hands DOWN! Oh my Lord...I never thought a talking penis would ever show itself in my lifetime....
Second in line, is definitely the part where he goes to visit the psychic and has a..."moment" with his dead lover.
One of the focus group's survey comments on his "show" said: "Worse than cancer."
