shareI've only heard one case of that ever happening and the only reason he had to was because they didn't follow proper procedures. Had they followed procedures he would not have had to pay child support. Moral of the story if you are going to be a sperm donor go through a sperm bank. Both the man and the woman sign contracts waiving parental rights and parental responsibility and your golden. Go through a sperm bank and it is less risky then unprotected sex.
