For what reason did it get an 'M' rating?

Okay, I got the game not too long ago and I haven't found anything that's worth the 'M' rating in the game yet. It has your usual 'T' elements in it. A few curse words(so far, I'm almost done with the game and I only recall hearing the S word 2 times), bouncing boobs(if DoA can get a 'T', so can this), and dirty humour(gay guys with no nuts and silly stuff like that). But as far as reasons why it should get a 'M', I'm clueless. I never heard the F word, I hardly hear any other word, the content is clean with no blood at all. I'm starting to believe that the only reason it got that was because of those gay black guys.
