Woo-hoo first post!
I saw an ad for this the other day... It looks unreal! I know absolutely nothing about it, other than what it says in the ad, but, already, I cant wait to see it!
You won't be disappointed. I lived in Cricklewood in 1998, albeit as a student but the film is a very accurate portrayal of dashed hopes and an emigrant's loneliness and desperation. Like Jackie's character say's "We're not Donegal, Connemara or Kerry men anymore, we're a different tribe altogether now" . A gem of a film.
