Any word on plans to release this in the US?

Not yet. The Sales Agent High Point Films are trying to get a distributor. The Film was shown on Friday 28th at the Directors Guild of America cinema in Los Angeles to a large audience. No distributor has taken it on yet. This may change after the USA premier at the Hamptons Film Festival in October.

Any possibility that you guys might do any more Irish language films? It's been great to be able to see a full length feature in Irish.

I purchased the dvd,due to my anxiety and starvation for "real"films made back home in Eire.
Proud, warm feeling came over me as the story unfolded.I do not want to be in Pittsburgh,USA,but my spine operations have held me back.
Being Irish,I say and do whatever I want..and I did not care for black people in almost every take in this"Irish of Irish films"....celebrating the Gaelic!
The pubs full of blacks must have been in London...surely not Belfast or The West of Ireland. You do not see Irishmen all over the streets of bleedin heart English made african movies do ya now.
Well,I go on record as now owning a dozen dvd's too give to my Irish born friends.
I want to come home and see nothing but Irish faces......it is up to enda Kenny. If Japan and Israel can say no...well Ireland best hurry.
You will enjoy this movie.
