which would you prefer for Bully 2: prequel or New School.

Since I got a 100% completion on Bully I've been imagining what Bukky 2 might be like. Since now it seems plausibly that this sequal will get made I've been trying to think how they would make this. My thought have always been.

New Kid at a new school. For some reason for this I keep coming back to the idea of an American kid at a British boarding school. If only for the idea of getting into a fight with Mods or Teddy Boys.

Or it's still Bullworth, but it's the late 70's. The only problem I see with this is that the original Bully seemed to intentionally leave what year it was vague. It could have been any year between 1989 - 2006.

what are your thoughts?

Sometimes, Just Sometimes, the joke's on you.

New school, new characters, new story. A bit like how Grand Theft Auto works.

Who can take you higher than a twin peak mountain blue?

I say maybe Jimmy in another boarding school in another country

I'd like a proper sequel, a year or two after the last one so we can see the characters at new ages. If it was a whole new school, or even a whole new group of characters, I'd probably miss seeing the old characters.

Yes that's the main drawback. Miss seeing the old characters.

Could be sort of a sequel/expansion - meaning that maybe your as Jimmy or a new character at College now instead, but at a College very near to Bullworth and so later in the game you can go back to Bullworth and see the five kiddy students a bit older at the school and some of the other younger students maybe still there, and maybe some of the more wash up characters just hanging around Bullworth town. Just an idea I thought of just now though.

But yeah maybe a prequel, about Jimmy at another school before Bullworth, or hey maybe a sequel either at the same school or at another school, where perhaps you play as a new character but Jimmy is at the school as a senior now so he's older, and is a character who is involved but you don't play as anymore (I just figured with him being a senior maybe he's too mature for all the bull$hit you want to do as the playable character).

"Quick nip next door, to the vendor of charisma!"

I had played with that idea, myself. I even came up with the title "BULLY 2: Senior Year" where Gary escapes from the local asylum and tries to exact revenge on Jimmy by kidnapping Christy or the head cheerleader.
Just to keep it a bit more realistic, have Gary be really angry and throwing out profanity-laced threats and warnings at Jimmy. Have Jimmy's mom make a brief but memorable appearance in there somewhere, completely divorced, again, and seeking solace/comfort from Jimmy, and Gary gets her involved, too.

New school. Texas would be cool.

I feel beneath the white there is a redskin suffering, from centuries of taming

The first bully game deffinetly was set in current time, in boston and actully the same universe as GTA. I really like youre ideas especially the 70s one and staring an american boy with british people, heck vise versa a british boy with americans would be funny too. But i personally rather see a new school, cause it might be boring to see the same setting and same town. I personally rather it be set in current time with jimmy a freshman in college. It would be cool cause i got this game when i was like 12 and right now im going to be going to my second year of college. We already have chemisty with jimmy, and it would be cool to see him older and in a new school with a whole diffrent mentality. The whole high school (playground) vibe switching to college is big and very diffrent. But it was a bording school so it will have the same stuff really. Roommates, pranks, classes students. The only problem is that kids are more mature in college. But it would make sense someone like Jimmy to have a roomate whos similaure to Gary (hes confident, demanding and scheming). It would be cool to see Jimmy mature up, mentioning his past etc. And His new roommate could be the guy to make jimmys "college time" to be the best. Jimmys new friend would be the one to pursuay him to join frat, make him join partys, pranks etc. This would make the game huge. A whole new town, perhaps driving, transportation. Clics, frat wars, a town to explore and new easter eggs. Wars going on between schools would make the game big, but becuase their only in college they would be limited. The game could be easily rated M cause its college, but i don't mind it being rated teen. And we don't have to worry with jimmy not fighting. This game should focus even more on the fights, a frat life style, could and would make jimmy have the nonstop fights we loved in the first ones and with the college setting we can stil expect the humor.

Probably new kid, new school to continue the Grand Theft Bike thing. Frankly I'd rather see the continuing adventures of Jimmy in college.

While it may not have been the runaway success of its other open world games, Rockstar's Bully is still beloved by many. Parent Take-Two Interactive has filed a new trademark application for Bully, making curious types wonder if the company is considering a follow-up to the long-dormant IP.

The trademark application was filed yesterday, nearly seven years since the game's original release. Gamespot notes that a Bully sequel was tabled to work on Max Payne, with Rockstar head Dan Houser telling now-shuttered dev Rockstar Vancouver: "You can do Max, and then we will see what we can do with Bully."

A sequel has been rumored ever since the game's composer name-dropped one. That was four years ago.

New school. Although I would love to have them reference Bullworth.
