Uncut/Director's cut?

This one is for Mr. Omar Khan (tarantan) specially.

I am about to watch Zibahkhana. So I do not know much about the film yet.
Still, I believe a movie like this may have been heavily cut before its release. I did see a few snippets and screens.
Since I respect a director's vision and believe when he makes a movie every scene/shot has a lot of thoughts behind it and does not derserve a cut EVER.

So, My questions to you are:

1. Was this movie cut before its release? If Yes, what were the cuts?
2. Are there any plans to release a Director's cut or an Unrated version?
