Might have been the last purely enjoyable Coens Brother film

Malkovich and Pitt were HILARIOUS (anyone getting older and looking for a new career will relate to Malkovich's angry, pathetic flailing around - in fact the whole theme of the movie is about adjusting to middle age); Pitt has never been funnier as the trainer, and Clooney's cheating ladies man with his pervert chair who gets the tables turned on him is perfect. After this it was just a perfunctory, Crazy Heart redux remake of True Grit, flat A Serious Man, grim Lleylyn Davis, and now the unsatisfying Hail Caesar. Burn may not have had much of a point in the end but was so entertaining getting there ☺

I disagree I think this movie was the last bad Coens film and then after that they made slow and really dark and interesting and I am including Hail Caesar into this because I think it is a better film than people is making it out to be.

I was kind of wrong...Hail Caesar had some funny bits. Nothing as hilarious as Burn, but it was entertaining.
