One of the most brilliant silly films ever made

As far as comedic crime dramas go this one is tops on my list. The web of characters in this film is just brilliant writing and the casting was just perfect, with Clooney killing Pitt being the epitome. It's funny how some people try to make sense of this film. I just sat back and watched the characters in this film do their thing and just loved it! I think the Coens can create characters better than anyone.

I guess some people can't deal with a film that serves up comedy and drama at the same time because I see people on this board actually condemning this film? Wow.

I've got to go for a run. At least 5 miles.

Agreed! Don't know how I missed this one when it first came out?! Like you said, I kinda gave up on the story, and just couldn't wait for the next scene!

I thought this film was terrific, great performances, great jokes, great direction ~ it was perfect. Another winner for the Coen Brothers.

'It's funny how some people try to make sense of this film' hahahaha ,exactly. i've been reading this threads of confused watchers and laughed my ass off. the point of this movie that just nothing is significant and nothing makes much sense. and it's beautifuly done.
