I wish there were more comments

I watched it on a plane and thought it was lovely!!!! Not stretching - but it wasn't supposed to be, I'm sure had they managed to get Judi Dench and Maggie Smith invovled it would have got better release - they to be honest are the honest box office "female" securities of their generation!!!!! THough Redgrave should and i think deserves to still be u there with them!

It’s heart’s in the right place, but this is a very facile movie, in which deep-seated personality traits magically disappear after just a little compassionate tough love and understanding. Quite contrived, and the Old Folks are a little too quaint in their eccentricities While the acting can’t be faulted, the characters are more Types than people. And it has the look and feel of a 1980s BBC show that made its way over to Masterpiece Theatre. A mediocrity, but it is sweet-natured mediocrity.
