DVD Set for Season 1, shows NY Final Choice in a commercial for Season 2

Okay, I'm not one to complain about Spoilers, I think it's halarious, when folks complain about somebody spoiling something, in a post on the most obscure social network website, about a movie that came out 10 years prior. I think that's SO FUNNY when I see somebody complaining about "spoilers" when they have to work so hard to find the info they don't want to read to reveal some secret plot line. (Why are they even on that website researching, if they don't want to see it?)

But when I rent the DVD set for season 1, and the very first ad is a scene revealing who NY picked for the season I'm about to watch, I thought that was RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! EXCUSE ME? YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING? They advertised for Season 2, which was showing on VH1, at the time of release of the DVD set for Season 1, right there on the DVD set, and show New York's final choice, as you are about to watch that season!!!!!!

Who the bleep was the marketing genius behind that decision!!!!??? He/She should be FIRED!!!!!!

I know many people buy the DVD set to enjoy after they've watched on VH1, but I'm somebody who watches very little network TV and sees most of my programming on DVD. I think that's becomeing more common these days!
