That Carmody woman really is EVIL and a LOON beyond her insane religious counterpart! She preaches brimstone, damnation and hellfire and has the added annoyance of cursing at others when they tell her to shut up!

King really loves to write these wonderful VILLAINS, and in a country as religiously zealous as the US of A, I'm sure he's had plenty of inspiration to draw from.

Religion, and especially Christianity, is delusional and backwards. It was the cause of the Dark Ages after the fall of the Roman Empire. If that beknighted religion had never taken off, the Dark Ages would never have happened and we as humanity would be colonising other PLANETS today!
