My vote is for Enemy. Others?

Sleepaway Camp for sure, probably one of the best shocking endings ever--if not the finest as a whole.

Other honorable mentions:

- The Sixth Sense (yeah, everyone knows the ending, but goddamn I still love it)

- The Vanishing

- Mother's Day (the remake; just going by what I've heard)

I liked The Vanishing, but LOVED the original Spoorloos. See it if you haven't.
