Ending?? (spoilers)

Abby survived, Michelle didn't, and Rachel stills sees evil. Rachel is shown speaking with a psychologist and saying she would like to be one and to be able to help other people. The last scene is Abby, Rachel and her dad, shown going to lay flowers for Abby's brother at a park where he liked to play, and Rachel seeing a dead person across the way and telling her dad it's nothing.
