Where to See Uncut Version?

I saw this movie on the Lifetime channel, and they obviously cut some parts out when they showed it. IMDB shows the film as being "Rated R for some disturbing violent content involving a child". The movie, as shown on Lifetime, was 86 minutes long, without the commercials. It is listed here as being 95 minutes long. Lifetime obviously doesn't show "R" rated movies without modifying them, so what I saw wasn't the complete movie.

Amazon Instant Video is the only other place I can see where it is available; it isn't on DVD. Amazon lists it at 91 minutes in length, with an "NR" rating. That only means that their version is not rated. It doesn't mean it is uncut.

Anyway, I thought the movie was better than the score it got here, certainly better than many other movies I've seen released on DVD. I do wish I could find the full, uncut version somewhere.
