Well, it may be a bit early, but I wonder if they will follow the Mario Brothers & Tomb raider lead and make a live action movie of this game. I am going to chime in and suggest they have Laura Prepon (Donna of "That 70's Show")play the role of Nariko. Anyone one else have an idea?

Summer Glau might be a good choice - we already know she has the ability to kick some serious ass from Serenity. My only other comment to add is that since she can pull off the whole cute-but-REALLY-creepy look well, maybe Kai is better suited to her?
And I'm not too keen on Zhang Ziyi, because of the whole language thing.

I'd prefer Heavenly Sword to be a TV series, Xena Warrior Princess style but even darker. I think Stephanie Jacobsen from the Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles could play Nariko: she has the bad @$$ attitude, acting chops, and the Eurasian features to pull it off.

I kept thinking Keira Knigthley everytime Nariko screamed.
As for Kay, I would go for a younger actress who can really do weird types, such as Dakota Fanning or Chloe Grace Moretz.
The Flying Fox sounds exactly like Chow from The Hangover (although he might have problems with the physical parts). As for the Fish Lady, Helena Bohan carter, please!!!
Ken Watanabe or Liam Neeson for Shen, and finally, Jeremy Irons or John Malkovich for Bohan!!!
