A supernatural ... based on actual events = Earth is flat.

"Supernatural ... based on actual events" is like "Earth is flat ... based on scientific evidences".

Anyone who puts "supernatural" and "based on actual actual events" together is a liar or retard. Supernatural events doesn't exist in real world so they can't be based on actual events. Yes, nobody came with proof of supernatural, with all these cameras and surveillance equipment around.

I can suspend my logic and accept any lie which comes after movie Title is shown. But it looks plain stupid when people starts to sell fiction as reality.

There actually was a murder like the one in the film. The rest is fictitious. Guess they can put the 2 together (yes, I know what you were trying to say, I am a skeptic myself).

just because yer such a closed minded flat thinking "retard" to use your words doesnt mean they dont exsist, Im sorry I dont believe anyone like you that calls other people names because they are incabable of seeing the other side of the coin, but for those that do and can for them I will say the rest of this to, Research it on the net and you will find the murder did happen and that there were some very strange events surrounding it, "BASED ON" does not mean 'verbatim' nor does it mean liberties havent been taken because they have what they are saying is based on actual event is the origanal murder nothing after it. Its some of Lances best work since AVP. watch it and make your conclusions dont let me or anyone else tell you what to think or what to expect.

Just because you don't believe in something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Belief without proof is the building block of all major religions in the world.

Just because the author above doesn't use proper sentence structure doesn't mean it doesn't exist either. :) (j/k)

Enjoy this movie for what it is - a half decent b-movie with pretty good performances.

Just because there have been 1000s of scientific tests in controlled conditions and there isn't a single shred of evidence to support anything paranormal doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Oh wait, yeah it does.

it's just marketing scams to grab idiots attention. It worked for that god damned Blair Witch crap, claiming it was based on a true story, then after they got millions for it, "oh, we made it up, it never happend"
