Mark David Chapman: Manchurian Candidate

I know the following to be fact, how I know it... well we won't go into that at this time. The complete facts of the incident will be disclosed upon the death of *censored*
Mark David Chapman was in fact a government trained operatative and the reasoning behind his being assigned terminate Lennon with extreme prejudice is as follows:
John Lennon had been a major threat to the Nixon administration, a real pain in their collective asses, so much so in fact is that they unleashed the dogs of the immigration department upon him. The immigration department went after him very tenaciously and was intent on deporting him from the country, thus by simply removing him from America he would not be able to personally lead the protest movement against the Nixon administration and the government. This action by the goverment worked, their attack on Lennon caused his attention to be deverted from his protest movement against President Nixon, the Vietnam war and the goverment to his own personal plight as to try and fight his own being deported.
The years passed, Watergate happened, Nixon left office and the Vietnam war came to an end. A very meek and harmless Gerald Ford served out the remainder of Nixon's term, the Vietnam war ended and soon the ultra-liberal Jimmy Carter was elected President. Throughout these years, Lennon continued to fight deportation but relinquished his position as the leader of 'The Cause', after all with Carter in the White House, there wasn't a whole lot to protest against. Things were good for the liberals and therefore the war on the anti-government front were pretty quiet...at least for a while. Then things started to change as a man named Ronald Reagon set his very narrow minded and ultra-conservative eyes on the Presidency. So came the dawning of the Reagon administration, and with their strong conservative beliefs and the memory of the bull horn carrying protestor still fresh in their memories, John Lennon was once again looked upon as a possible threat to their beliefs, ideas and plans. Intent on not taking any unnecessary chances that Lennon might come out of his anti-goverment hibernation, a plan was put into action that would assure that he not only wouldn't...but couldn't. Mark David Chapman would be the definite solution to a possible problem. The CIA would provide the training and Chapman would in turn provide the wetwork.
Immediately after firing the shots that killed Lennon, witnesses of the incident commented that after Chapman seemed to come out of a trance. When questioned by the police that night, Chapman stated that even though he had killed Lennon, he implied that 'he' really hadn't been there at all.

That's all true, but we have to remember that John Lennon himself was a Soviet agent. Brainwashed by KGB to write pop-music that would turn western youth against their government.
