I don't care what everyone says.

This was an incredibly sweet, genuine movie. Yes, it was silly. Yes, it was unrealistic and over-the-top... But it has SO much heart. I will admit the scene where Mary breaks down (as silly as her dialogue may have been) made me a bit teary.

This is my favorite movie, and I am NOT ashamed to admit it. This movie's cute, quirky, and I firmly believe it will become a cult classic in the future. Just watch. In ten years, you'll realize how right I am.

How dare you speak to the prince of evil that way, you SLUT?

I totally agree with you. It's a really quirky film and made me chuckle a fair few times. And I teared up too!
It really doesn't deserve a 4.8 rating! Should be much higher than that!!!

Its lucky it got so much as a 4.0.

Why? (Just curious)

reply

Because its garbage and im usually easy to please, now i see why it got a 6% with a average score of 2.6 on rotten tomatoes. It was even ranked in the Top 100 worst films of the decade.

Sandra Bullock is popular and that is the only reason that stopped this film getting a score below a 4.0.

'Each to their own' is the saying that should be applied here I think. I liked it... you didn't. C'est La Vie =)
