A very bad film

This film was appalling. I have nothing more to say than it was fun to laugh at the lack of quality this film.

How many of the people complaining pirated the movie? Their opinion doesn't count.

reply

I watched it at the showcase in Nottingham.. In 3D...It's crap mate....

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!!

reply

Anyone who pirated a 3D film to watch on their stupid PC in 2D wouldn't understand what an opinion is anyway - they're too busy fitting in to the crowd.

Never let your sense of morals prevent you from doing what is right.

I'm just glad I ignore critics and people on IMDB. Otherwise I wouldn't have seen the movie. I had a blast personally.

reply

cool story brah, better then sactum

By the way @Guardia, there is a clever invention that most PC's have called HDMI-out, that allows them to watch their 2D pirates on their 46" Sony widescreen

reply

While opinions are real... yes, just because you are watching something off your computer doesn't mean you are watching in on an old 12" monitor from the 90s.

Opinions aren't real? What, because you are right about everything? That's so ridiculous. I don't like pepperoni pizza, and so I'm either correct or I'm incorrect in that?

And to the geniuses that assume anybody who didn't watch this in 3D are pirates, have you heard of blurays? DVDs? Netflix? Google Play? Amazon? Redbox?

What about people in poverty who still could use a tiny bit of joy every now and then? They're scumbags, right? Oh yeah, keep patting yourself on the back for having the money to afford 3D films. Aren't you wonderful.

reply

pirated the 2d dvd it still suxed

I just paid 30 euros for this crap on Bluray3D. Awesome scenery especially with 3D but the plot was worse than some p*rn movies and all the main characters (or actors) except the father were horribly bad. And no, I don't even remember their names.

reply

it does to me if it raises awareness so people don't waste money.

reply

I pirated it, and thank god for that.
If I had actually spent money on this pile of garbage, I'd have needed several years of therapy to fix the severe self-hatred.

reply

it was a borefest, no hot chicks and no monsters

reply

Couldn't agree more. I'll admit, I've never seen a 3D flick at the cinema before this one, but I always found the whole 3D film experience to be quite gimmicky. I was right.

reply

Wow! I'll bet those who hate it, love having you as their vocal leader after that comment. You're one of those shallow, explosions and car chases guys.

reply

Mediocre acting ,dodgy effects and very cardboard characters, very very boring movie.

reply

This film needed a giant crocodile...or something!?!?!

reply

Or giant squid?

reply

this movie is just lost. should be buried somewhere.

reply

This movie needed a 3D girl-on-girl scene!

reply

I was thinking that perhaps 10 3D stripteases might've made it worthwhile, but whatever floats one's dinghy...

I'm glad I'm not among those who lost 60-odd minutes of their life to it.

reply

Hey genius, the movie is 108 minutes long. And I'm sure you've spent alot more time doing things alot less worthwhile, like breathing for example. I for one am not happy to share my oxygen with you.

reply

It took you 13 minutes to go from the brilliant idea of a crocodile in a cave, to a giant squid in a cave... you've said more than enough to prove you're a moron.

reply

No he hasn't. You're wrong. Thanks for playing.

Scientologists love Narnia, there's plenty of closet space.

reply

Dodgy effects? The fact that you use the word "dodgy" automatically disqualifies your opinion.

reply

No it doesn't. You're wrong. Thanks for playing.

As I've been cave exploring and knowing how hard it is to push through unknown territory I found the film very interesting and the 3D experience good.
Don't look for character developments or exciting dialogues. In places like these there are no such things.

reply

so in other words you're saying to go nd see it for the caves? a movie is simply lost if it doesnt have good dialogue to drive a story. i see no worth in sanctum at all. i might as well have watched paint drying and it would have been more rewarding.

reply

"i might as well have watched paint drying and it would have been more rewarding."

Watching paint dry would be far too intense for you. Just stick to eating paste and sticking crayons up your nose.

reply

I've been underwater cave exploring and I can tell you this movie lacks realism. - If you want to drown your diving buddies you cant hold them under with just your hands, you need to put your knee on their chest and use your full body weight to hold them down.

I don't-I'm not-okay I'll bite...

Just watched it in 2D and it's a good film.

Pirate copy or not is irrelevant.

reply

Sheez, this is right up there top 3 of the worst movies I've ever seen. Not for one minute did I not feel either frustration, irritation, downright anger or awkwardness. And I'm REALLY easy to please when it comes to audiovisual entertainment.
