Would YOU log into that site ...

... if you KNEW that someone was going to die slowly & horribly for real?

It is a human trait that they are fascinated by death & destruction - most notably if there is a car accident & they drive past much slower than necessary to have a good look - but if you KNEW that the site you were going on showed real people being killed and it was actually happening, would you?

Would the "I'll just have a look for a second but switch it straight off" morbid curiosity kick in?

I don't think I would. I've watched a lot of *beep* up movies, but I've never once looked up anything where someone was really killed.

I wouldn't want to. I think if most people knew their click would make the person die faster they wouldn't do it. If they wanted to see it they'd wait and watch the video of it later, because someone who does click and go to the site will be recording it to put on youtube.

If you really want to see death, watch Banned In America. Out of morbid curiosity, I once went to the Shockumentary section in a video store and rented one of those videos back in 2001 and let me tell you...it was very graphic and very disturbing to watch people killing someone or committing suicide right in front of your face. It gave me a real, sick, uneasy feeling that stayed with me for at least 3 weeks...and I didn't even watch the whole video...I couldn't. Rotten.com is pretty awful too but not quite as bad as actually seeing it happen for real.

Oh, and...as if seeing this wasn't bad enough, the soundtrack made it all the more disturbing! Trust me...seeing something like this is not something you can just shake off in a day or so, it's something that will stay with you for a long time...if not forever. If it doesn't, then I think there may be something wrong with you.

Here is the IMDb link for info on the videos: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0396484/

You can watch it here but be warned, it's very disturbing!: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=060_1410046203

If I knew it would count towards hurting someone, no way. But if I didn't....I probably would out of curiosity.
