DVD release in USA?

Has anyone heard when the DVD will be released in the United States? Amazon says it was discontinued but Netflix says it's never been released yet.

It will play at the Film Forum in NYC for two weeks or so starting on Februay 18th. So I am sure that it will eventually be released on DVD.

You can get the film via Blockbuster on-line.

does the blockbuster dvd have english subtitles?
