Halo wars captures halo better than halo?

I don't know, but from what i've seen so far of their music scores, cinematics, and concept art it seems they are going to capture the feeling of Halo better than Halo 2 or 3 did. Even though the themes for the trailers are original, they capture that epic feeling of halo that some of the new scores for halo 2 and 3 totally missed. It just seems that its a good thing someone other than Bungie is doing a halo game, going back to the Halo 1 feel. Thoughts?
