Where is the game?

I like games in general, even if I wasn't too impressed with Halo, but I play games in order to get a reward from time to time - that is, a little cut scene showing that I have made some kind of progress. It is nice, and as a computer game player, you learn to appreciate these little things.

Halo Wars is not a game - but it is neither a film. It is simply a bunch of the aforementioned cut scenes put together, with some of the most bland and boring voice overs ever created.

Since this is a CGI film, I thought I'd get something out of it because of that, but no luck there either. It was passable, but absolutely no more.

In all, it felt like watching all those cut scenes, but without the joy of playing a game... And for a GOOD intro, watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFkFo5SBx-g

Funny that you call yourself as computer game player, LOL. I thought the term for it now is gamer. Anyways, I agree with you about what Halo Wars is; it's neither a film nor it is just a game.

And the film, if you may call it, is okay, but anything longer would have killed the excitement of watching it.
