Great movie with a terrible title
The title is simply awful.
shareIt's offensive to Americans, because they are not charitable.

Interesting coming from someone with the username "mypantsaretootight"
shareI don't love the title, because it's just kind of odd. But I can't really think of a better title for the film, so.
make me good, god. but not yet.

Just finished watching the director Q & A on the dvd special features, and she said her first title choice was "The Cake Is Good" to which Sony told her no way.
sharei thought it was the perfect title. the movie is about charity and altruism, and two characters who are trying to be good (one, keener, who is maybe not so good, but wants badly to think she is -- giving only money to people who will acknowledge how charitable she is -- and another, rebecca, who is actually good -- giving her time and life to an ungrateful person -- but probably doesn't think she is.
please give is a perfect title. and the title is also a directive. it forces you to ask yourself "why" you give.
