Netflix Film Cover/Poster: what does it say??

Has anyone seen this on Netflix instant play? It looks like there are criticisms at the top part of the film cover/image. Does anyone know what it says?? Because I thought that movie kind of sucked. It was alright until the end of the film.

It says dont waste your time or money on this. Lol I got in a 9 movie pack. Along with Dogman Hurt The Eves and other crap movies. Lol this is like a *beep* version of SAW. Lol boring killer. Boring victims. Lol still better than the Darkness and Woman in Black 2. Lmao
