BATTLE OF THE ALCHEMIST SHOWS/MANGA (A Double Board Thread)

(Don't take this thread TOO seriously, this is just for fun and discussion.....)

"Hagane no renkinjutsushi (FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST)" VS "Busô Renkin (ARMORED ALCHEMIST/ALCHEMY WEAPON)"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who would win????

Over here in the U.S., VIZ Media is distributing both mangas. Over in Japan, both mangas have been turned into Animes. I figured that since both shows/mangas have alchemy (and evil homunculi) in them that I'd start this thread on BOTH shows board.

So fans from around the world, if the characters from both shows battle who would win????
(One aspect of this battle has already been won - guess which one???? Answers on another post!!)**

After seeing Busou Renkin I have to say that I think Ed would win. In the FMA universe you can use alchemy for anything but in the BR uni your weapon is what it is. In a battle Ed could transmute everything around him as aweapon while Kazuki will just keep using his lance.

I think your right.

As for the one way FMA already win over BR... The manga & anime for FMA lasted much LONGER (though both animes are popular - at least that what I heard).

FMA - Anime: 50 eps. Manga: On going (Both equally & highly popular)

BR - Anime: 26 Eps. Manga: Ended at 10 Vols. (Anime more popular than manga)

Yeah, FMA is still really popular even though the anime is done.

Busou Renkin's anime was so-so. It wasn't great but it provided a pretty good story and the romance was a nice touch. I gave it an 8.
