1. Dexter: Decapitated with axe.
2. Will: Stabbed with a lot of knives in his back.
3. Donny: Knife stabbed into his head.
4. Carrie: Her body is found with a fire extinguisher in her mouth.
5. Homeless guy: His body is found with his throat slit.
6. Sarah: Bangs her head on the ladder steps
7. Eric: Throat impaled with pipe.
8. Lucy: Stabbed multiple times.
9. Collin: Hit in the head with a shovel.

Donny was stabbed in the head with garden shears, not a knife. And Carrie was stabbed in the stomach, and then the fire extinguisher hose was shoved in the hole, and out her mouth.
