on the surface, it looks like that. I'll reserve final judgement when I see this show. If it's at least as good as Reno 911, I'm in. Every now and then, cheap laughs work for me.

I never watched Reno 911, but "American Body Shop" is basically "The Office" but in a body shop.
shareABS is much more The Office than Reno 911. Reno is mostly improvised, ABS is almost entirely scripted. you'll find that Reno is mostly a series of vignettes, loosely tied together (but still funny) while ABS has a clear storyline for every episode.

Reno has a *beep* load of improve, it's damn easy to tell. This had writing and it's damn good. Everyones got good timing as well. Good show.
