I thought there was 3 members of 3 6 Mafia?

I thought the group had 3 members how come only two of them are stars in this show? Who is the third member anyone know and why they arent on the show?

Last year there were three members: DJ Paul, Juicy J, and Crunchy Black (I think Lord Infamous is still a member, but Im not sure). Anyway, Crunchy Black left the group last year and later on, they made Project Pat an official member, and he's on the show.

The other member you might be talking about is Lord Infamous, DJ Paul's brother. Im pretty sure he is a member still, but for some reason he wasen't on the last album or this upcoming one... rumor is he left because the group is taking a different approach to get a mainstream audience (IE no more demonic lyrics) or he got addicted to drugs and ain't been right since.

in the credits before the show it tells you the Project Pat is their protege so he is not officially a member of the group yet. but he probably will be soon due to the fact that his brother is Juicy J

lord infamous was in jail,that why he was absent from the show and the last album,he's out now

Yea Lord Infamous is still a part of 3 6 but like stated he was incarerated. There was a story though that Project Pat is now a part of 3 6 Mafia as well. So as of now its a 3-man group. Not sure of LF's status though. Crunchy Black was horrible. I think they came to the conclusion he was horrible as well even though he's been horrible for 15 years. That doesn't mean he didn't have a place in Triple Six though. You can't say you didn't get hyped when he came out of nowhere in the videos and comes up with a dance lol.

Infamous has left 3-6, thats official. He didn't like the direction they were heading and wanted out. Also rumor has it he called up Paul and threatened him about his contract, which he wanted out of.

Pat aint a member and ain't neva gonna be. He's been down with 'em from the start and he never joined so he ain't now. Plus Pat doesn't like the direction their going either. He's still cool with Paul and Juice but I've heard he's going to release an independent solo album without their help.

From 1995 - 2000, the official three 6 members were:

DJ Paul
Juicy J
Lord Infamous
Crunchy Black
Koopsta Knicca
Gangsta Boo

Koopsta left around 2000.

Gangsta Boo left around 2001.

Lord Infamous got locked up around 2004 and never really returned to the group after he got out..but maybe in the future he will. He's droppin' his own solo album on October 26th (as of right now that's the release date)

Crunchy Black left in 2006 because he wanted to have his own solo career and paul n juice were pushing his solo album (which was later released after he left in 2006) back for years..and most likely they're other reasons why he left too.

So now in 2007, they're only 2 members (DJ Paul & Juicy J) which were always really the main dudes who started the group (along with lord infamous)..and was always the producers who made their beats.

Project Pat (Juicy J's brother) been down with three 6 since day 1..but he's never been a official member...he's more like their label mate (of their label Hypnotize Minds, formerly known as Prophet Entertainment from about '95 till '98)
