Watched this last night. It had its moments, certainly in the first act. The middle acts I didn't care too much for, but it picked up towards the end. Certainly not the worst movie ever made (as reviewed by some people on here: rival directors?) and certainly not the best zombie film ever made (marketing ploy?). However it was a good deal better than Diary of the Dead.

Worth a rent. Probably wouldn't watch it again (as with Blair Witch).

I agree. Diary was sh!t. It was a shame but I did enjoy this film much more even with its flaws.

Diary was lame. Looks like Survival of the Dead is going to be super-lame.

Dude, Diary of the Dead has more zombies than this... and they're faster than these. Although Diary is not a great film, is far better than this one.

Hence why Zombie Diaries gets the award for least threatening zombies to appear in a film ever. Hell Fido and that awful Tweeny Twilight Zombie move had more threatening zombies.
