Is It Just Me...

...Or was this movie extremely hard to follow? The characters were all so jumbled and after a while the footage just starts switching back and forth on its own, and I felt like I had no idea who's storyline I was following. Nor did I care. I admit I am a fan of the "found footage" genre, but this movie was just a steaming pile of horse dung. And WHY do the filmmakers insist on inserting background musical scores into a found footage movie??!! It takes away from ANY sense of realism, and goes against what the entire sub-genre stands for! I was highly offended by this movie, not only as a fan of found footage, zombies and the horror genre, but as a fan of cinema in general. Shame, shame shame on everyone involved.
