'Pay to Download' BBC Shows?

Tl;Dr, basically the BBC is going to introduce its own version of iTunes at some point, where you can download a supposedly permenant copy of show for a small fee per episode.

This is exactly what we need for Young Dracula so fingers crossed it happens soon!
