This show was a set-up [PROOF]

This show was a set-up and here is the proof.

IN THE FINALE

Remember when OLDS won over F-150 and they switched timesheets.

That one clearly shows that the OLDS was just about 7 minutes behind the Trans Am after the switch.

Then, you guys remember when the OLDS crossed the trans am while they were fueling up? After that the OLDS crossed the finishline in second place and trans am crossed the line last.

This automatically makes it that if the Trans Am wins(which they did), they would only be AT MOST 7 minutes faster than the OLDS.

THOUGH, this picture clearly shows that they won with about 9 minutes!

So statement, THIS SHOW WAS BOGUS AND IT WAS A SET-UP.

It was a staggered start so olds could have started before trans am

Wow, instead of being *beep* followers to a man who is guessing maybe you should get some *beep* grip on the *beep* at least?

I have the *beep* video and its like 20 seconds between their starts not 2 *beep* minutes that you semitards imply.

First off, the show aired tonight and the final episode was just on. The last leg of the race gave them 6 hours to complete. And that was with about 30 minutes left of tv time allowed.

So by the magical wonders of tv, the tape is edited and cut down, so really you don't know exactly how long in between start times were. Even if you have the video/dvd, you still don't know how long the start delay exactly was, unless the video/dvd is unedited and uncut. Which I highly doubt it is....

I know this is an old thread but I get tired of dumbasses like you, so that's why I felt the need to comment.

Unless you were there, part of the race, part of the production crew, Bill Goldberg himself, or a friggin' bug on the ground, you don't know Sh*T!

I agree. Yes it was a staggered start, but according to the episode the Olds started last. I am guessing this is just a mistake from the production editing, that actually the olds started before the trans am. But who knows. I do think some reality shows seems a bit fake. I dindt think this one did as much as others though.

I don't give to much for this show though, since speeding wasnt allowed, but i went on in every episode, and only once did the speeders get a penalty. How else can you catch up to the f150 on the highway (using cruise control at speed limit). Cars should have GPS speedometer instaled with every speed a GPS location recorded so the production could give the teams the penalties they deserved. That is if there should be a penalty for it. Ofcourse the show can't come out and say speeding is allowed as long as you don't get caught, but if a speeding rule is to apply. It is to apply all the time, not just when some one tells on the other teams.

I know this is an old post, really really old. But i saw the show for the first time today.

I believe it was actually implied that you could speed, just don't get caught doing it. Actually Goldberg even said at the start of the first episodes "If you break the law, you're on your own."

And who would want to watch a tv show about a car ralley where all the cars leave Point A 2 minutes apart, all travel at the GPS monitored speed limit 2 minutes apart, and arrive at Point B 2 minutes apart.

I know this is an old post, but I just started watching this series again from the beginning.

Is anyone on here forgetting that it was going off total race time for the whole race, not just the time for that particular leg, and in the second last episode, trans am was at least 2 hours ahead with the total time. so if you *beep* pay attention to the series as a whole and not just by episodes you will notice that trans am, in fact, did win by the 9 minutes that was said on the timesheet, and not what these other ***holes are saying.

The larger question is: Is there still anyone in the world who does not know that "Reality" TV is fiction.

Shows are created and written by writers, who don't get to earn normal writer's guild union wages, so the shows are way cheaper than a normal television series. Conflict situations are created and people are brought in to play a role.

"Reality" TV is just as real as "PeeWee's Playhouse" just less entertaining.
