I'm guessing it goes like this. She is a fattie that loses weight and then discovers that the only thing that should matter is how you feel about yourself. Cue sappy music.

I saw it and enjoyed it very much, I feel that mood has a lot to do with it and I was definitely in the mood for something like this :)
It's really not that sappy

Terrible movie. Starts out with good intentions but it's just not funny at all.
