Question about movie (spoilers)

How would Darla know when to get the time to find the phone to take a pic of Sarah in the graveyard and send it to her leaving the necklace/cig and then sneak it back into bus for her dad to use it to harass sarah? was the daughter in on it at all? Even if she wasnt aware of all the circumstances?
