WHY did Sizemore and co just stand there talking after the creature was floored instead of running???
What justification was there to suddenly kill off the Black guy (basically off screen in the end!) and have have the other 2 made lab rats?
Downbeat endings can be fine...as long as there is justification for why they were.
Suddenly deciding you would have your heroes stand around chatting while a bomb countdown ticked away was not that justification.
And if the explosion was meant to be so big that they would have no way of getting away from it, why on earth would the woman set it with so little time to get out?
And if the plan was simply to sacrifice yourself to destroy the creature...why even have a countdown. Why not simply set the last bomb to blow in 2 seconds?
AWFUL ending to a slow and boring film. Basically favourable online reviews got this one well wrong.
