yeah. that's what i think. i've watched more anime's then anyone with a life should, but this one was probably one of the best i've seen

I'm watching it on scifi too, and so far I really love it! I'm surprised there aren't more people here...and other people I've talked to haven't heard of it, which seems weird...

It does remind me of that, sort of. Only Haruka and Yu's love seems more genuine. Yu and Haruka's bond is so strong that it spans across every dimension. Also, they aren't teenagers so they aren't interested in sex so it seems more pure and unconditional.

I watched the original Japanese version on YouTube (though I'm going to buy the DVD series) and I thought it was amazing. :) I love the unique life lessons it gives. I'm always recommended anime series', but I just don't get into them after a few episodes. I watched the English one a couple of times on the Sci-Fi Channel, and I didn't really like the dub. Though believe me, I'm not usually a dub hater. I've been able to come across dubs that were actually better than the originals.
Oddly enough, my only favorite anime series' are not based off of any manga (excluding Sailor Moon, but that's probably just for nostalgia).
It is awfully good! I guess it is one of those shows that were not advertised enough...

I am surprised to find that it didnt get a lot of interest, it has an amazing plot, some memoreable moments, great soundtrack... I mean, everything is there!
