life in the cotswolds

Have just watched this film, and thought it was very accurate and moving. I live in a cotwolds town not far from here (chipping campden) and have to say that the director summed up every feeling related with having to live life in such a miserable, boring, non-descript place.

The drug use was a little heavy, altho wakes people up to the fact that country - loving wurzel towns arent as simple and ideallic as people from bigger cities think. (drugs are just in concrete council blocks in inner-city slums - as if !!)

Also, with a place like this theres nothing to inspire the local people, so many end up bored with no ambitions or interests making their misery seem ten-fold.

Great capture of the mood of being trapped in a dead end non existant place - can totally sympathise with all characters young and old.
