Did anyone else have trouble telling them apart? The haircuts, facial expressions, body types, etc., were all so similar that I couldn't tell one from the other for most of the film. It was so confusing, I was tempted to watch the film again, but I decided against it...

The three lads whom I think you are referring to have 3 distinct characteristics. David has a huge tattoo on his Neck, Rob has a double earring (these two are in a long dialogue scene in the middle of the film which helps you understand their differences through their dialogue) and Jon has a beard. David also observes Rob peer into the funeral at the start of the film. Shame that you didn't watch again as if you can crack that the characters are different you might get more form the film if not thinking about this when watching...
