So is this the 'inner-city' Barney?

I think Barney had a higher budget than this show...and the kids were a lot smarter.

Aren't these kids a little too old to be on this show? They have to be somewhere between 10-12.

Also...they really like to have Kendra show off her gymnastic tricks, don't they?
