Can anyone tell me about the folkie music that the band was playing in this film? I believe they covered an Ernest Phipps song though I can't recall the title, and I could be way off. I think the song I'm looking for was also playing through the closing credits but it's been a while since I've seen this film.

Dunno if you're still looking, but it's credited as "When The Light Has Gone Out in Your Soul," performed by Neal Jonas and Heather Robb (who play Ivan and Summer). Cover of "If the Light Has Gone Out in Your Soul" by Ernest Phipps and His Holiness Singers, as you thought.
