So how come the three dudes are all named after Arnold Schwarzenegger characters? I also notice that one of the women is called "Sonia Roja" which translates as "Red Sonia."

All dudes. Ben Richards is also a Schwarzenegger character (from the Running Man). And there's a guy called Ivan. Which would leave Summer Day as the exception.
