Giovanna Mezzogiorno
A while back, Giovanna Mezzogiorno was slated to be in this film. Now I see that her name is no longer attached. Does anyone now why she dropped out or was she never suppose to be in the film to begin with?

Probably Gitai as usual made many changes to the script during filming and dropped that character. It also seems that there are some portions that are filmed but not used in the final film (guessing from the end credit).
There was a section shot on the train as Ana and Uli travel to get the boat to Asdod. This was dropped from the final cut.
